What is Ashwagandha?
Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) is a popular herb of Ayurveda, traditional Indian medicine which history began 5000 (!) years ago. Ashwagandha is also referred to as Winter cherry, Indian ginseng, Ajagandhaa or Kanaje Hindi and it belongs to Nightshade family.
