What is Hops?
Hops (Humulus lupulus) is a medicinal herb used for centuries to aid relaxation and sleep in a natural and healthy way.

Hops is widely used in herbal medicine in a way similar to valerian as a natural cure for stress, anxiety, nervousness, irritability, restlessness, tension and tension related pains.
